Do introverts really have the upper hand at manipulating, then extroverts think they do?

seems that because introverts are more observant, ytical and sensitive to people's emotions. Its easier for them to read people, and once they do figure the person out they can project their image to the way they want people to see them. But for extroverts their trying to get approval so much that they dont have time to break down and understand why people do the things they do. And they put this facade up of being funny, outgoing, the charmer, center of attention. But introverts can read through that as all insecurities, and use it to the best of their abilities. whats your opinion?
