How should a gentile woman dress for a job interview at a mostly ultra-orthodox jewish company?

The beige skirt sounds most appropriate. I don't think you have to dress like an Orthodox women as you aren't one. Just pick something modest that is also appropriate for your culture (21st century USA in the summer).
