If the Nazis never existed will ther still be a WW2 but this time with the USSR, and who will win?

If the Nazis never rose to power then Europes main threat most likely wouldve been Italy. Given a few more years past 1939 and Italy couldve become the dominant power in Europe with japan being dominate in the east an the US across the Atlantic in the west. The soviet union wouldn't be a problem till much later on if Germany didn't start ww2, prolly 1950s. Italy couldve annexed small parts of eastern Europe just as the Nazis did and wouldve most likely signed a deal with japan and perhaps a much weaker Germany as well (I.e the Austria Hungary of ww1) the war wouldve been just as mive in scope with a simple reversal of the roles of Italy and Germany and starting later perhaps by 1946
