Implantation heavy to light?

first of all let me just say that i am in a relationship so i am not carelessly having unprotected i know that if you have a period then you are not pregnant but i want to know if implantation can start off heavy with tissue and then go lighter over the next 2 days i dont think it can and i believe that i have has a period but i would rather ask a website full of strangers than ask my doctor i feel a bit silly asking you see. my period was early as ive been in jamaica for thelast 3 weeks ing it up lol so i think the time difference and flight may have affected it (sounds very stupid i know) so what do you think is it just a period??
