My hubby is cold cause I have used cursed at him.I never cursed before. He says I hurt him. what can I do?

He is African and I am American. I was angry with him for coming home at 4 am and starting a habit. He says that one thing attracted him to me was beauty in and out. I never cursed during our courtship and I did not the first year we were married. Since I have started it is a hard habit to break. He does not talk as much anymore. When we were reading the Bible last night, he told me why he has been distant, and he told me I hurt him. He said he forgave me. I was really shocked. I thought that was over. We have been married two years. I know that it was wrong and I am not verbally abusive. I am spinning my wheels here. We have a good marriage, but we are not as intimately connected. any suggestions?
