Question Regarding Mandatory Flu Shots?

If it is required for work, you either take them, or get fired. HOWEVER, if the shot you are required to get has a doented history of causing problems (death, etc.) then the matter switches from legal consent and loss of a job to your company doing bodily harm. In that case, whether you sign consent or not, no company may knowingly harm an employee (this is not to be confused with jobs where you are hired on knowing risk and harm are a part of the job). If you were hired knowing you had to have these shots, then there goes your case.
