Why does it say "Facebook User" for some people's names under comments?

When I was reading comments on a friend's post on Facebook, the person's name that commented was "Facebook User." Now, when I clicked on that person's name, the profile couldn't load. Was that possibly someone that blocked me, or Facebook glitched or something?
