Why has this happened?

ok after my bf and i broke up and had gotten back together he said he loved the same like we had never broken up but he hurt me alot when werent ogether the things he said and did he never dated anyone or kissed anyone that i know of but he did like my friend well a mutual friend i can't stand her now anyway he told me he dosent like her an dit was just more like a friend feeling more than anytihng and that he loves me, but they still talk alot an di get really healous i was never jealous when we were togehter before the break-up i wsnt but now i am and on top of that i dont love him right now but i do like him alot why havent i loved him again i went trough a hate period withhim i guess the things he did when we were broken have been hard to ge topver what do you guys thing will the love grown for me? and should i believe he dosent like her?
