Please Give some advice, all A's and B's and one, F; IB student.?

Hi, I am currently an IB student and I have had all A's and B's throughout high school, and I got an F for IB spanish. My first grade lower than a B! My weighted GPA is 4.1 and unweighted is about 3.5. Do you think I can still raise my GPA up to at least a 3.7? Do you think some Universities will still accept me? I am an officer of the International Thespian Society, in NHS, Key Club, many hours of community service, and I am taking a cl to become a certified phlebotomist after I graduate, do you think will have a chance in UCLA? At least Uof A or NAU? This one F is really worrying me. Thank you for your time.
