Book title...we're looking for a book written by a NYT or WSJ writer about the super wealthy in America.?

The title is something like a country name, that's a twist on wealth...we caught the tail end of a comment in ping on tv recently and would like to get the book, but can't seem to find it, as we cannot recall the title! Please help!
