Should anyone driving a car be thrown in GITMO for aiding and abetting terrorists?

well if they should, then we'd have to significantly enlarge the prison since a good majority of the world drives. This includes me. (I have a car and a S.U.V. that carries my work trailer full of gasoline using equipment.)
