Bible question 2: What qualifies as a judgement in Christianity and what does not?

Judgment isn't inherently wrong. Read 1 Corinthians 5:9-13. If they're inside the Church, you are outright instructed to judge them, and if they are doing wrong and are proud of it, kick them out. But those outside the church, let God deal with them.
