Cramping no period am i pregnant or paranoid?

I was due for my Period April 23rd and i have been cramping since the 20th my period. still hasn't came on yet. I haven't took a HTP so i have a doctors apt tomorrow.... it this pregnancy or mother nature play games with me i had unprotected 3 weeks ago so i'm not sure.. not to mention the clear discharge
