I was recently charged with driving under a suspended license, my car was damaged?

I live in Ohio, my car was impounded by a police department in Greene county after a driving under suspension charge. I was given access to my car today and noticed additional damage done to the car, either while in the impound lot or while being towed. Was looking for any legal advice, I have an attorney handling my DUS case but cannot afford anymore help from him.
