Ive gt really dry damaged rough hair..i need to iron dem everyday.dey are gettin damaged even mre bcos of this?

i used to make a plat till high school but now a plat embarrases me as i have thin hair..i started ironing dem about 5 months back and they looked beautiful..but now d texture of my hair has become worse...and d hair fall has increased...but i cant manage my hair if they are not ironed..they look horrible..what do i do?please help..its urgent ..
