Christians, Why did God create diseases and CONGENITAL anomalies?

We do not live in God's Kingdom. We live in a natural world where there are mutations, disease, etc. This world is not kind, nor fair. This world is for us to learn, to overcome and choose to be part of the solution or part of the problem.
