Internet restrictions on phone?

I have a Verizon LG env2. My mom doesn't know what she did, but I can't get notification alerts from Facebook, or ask/receive an answer from ChaCha. If I try to set up the Facebook notification thing on Facebook, I will get a text saying "Free VZW Msg. Your msg/request was blocked and was not delivered. Only the account holder can change your settings to allow access privileges." Same thing with ChaCha. My whole family is on the same Verizon plan, but I'm the only one with this problem. We have not been able to figure out what is wrong. Any help is appreciated, thank you very much!
