Cool place cottage/cabins to say in for long weekend?

I want to get a quick get away after getting married. Maybe a 3-4 nights. We live in New York and need to drive to the location. ( we dont mind a long ride!) some Looking for a cool little cottage or rustic cabin.. maybe locally owned best kept secret kind of thing? I want it to be clean and well kept. Does anyone have ideas?
