Le Cordon Bleu... help?
Hi. A few things to say/suggest. I would suggest going to culinary school in the U.S. You will be learning a lot of new skills, new things, and I think it would be better to do it the U.S.Culinary school can be difficult and stressful at times;to combine that with the stress[whether welcome or not] of living in a new country may not be the best thing to do.When you are done with that, you can go to other countries to work and learn the languages, or for additional courses/schooling.At least then you will be familiar with the basics of professional cooking. You will be busy enough with culinary school that you won't be home much anyway.Research at the library, extra projects at school, etc. All this being said,I applaud your enthusiasm and energy, and willingness to take all of this on.You decide what's best for you.Good luck and best wishes!
