Plz plz help its an emergency?

i have 2 female and 2 male atiel i just went over and i saw dots on the wall next to them i waz blood splashes every were i cleaned it up and the 2 males have blood on there tales 2 of them are not tamed plz help what do i do do i get ride of the 2 untamed 1s plz plz help
