Will getting married nullify a Power of Attorney? Is it even possible to marry?

I want to get married to the girl of my dreams, but her mom managed to force her into signing a Power of Attorney. Am I still able to marry her without her mom getting in the way? Will marriage nullify this Power of Attorney?
